Michele is a great partner to have when you are buying a home. In fact, she’s the only call you’ll need to make. She will work with you and for you before, during and even after the sale. I found Michele by accident, when she was representing the owners of a house I was interested in. It didn’t take long before I realized that the house wasn’t the house for me, but from that experience, I knew Michele had to be my agent. From there, she made me feel like I was her only client, and it was only a matter of time before she was showing me my dream house. Unfortunately, I was having trouble obtaining financing even though I have great credit and a very good job. The big bank I had been with for more than 20 years turned me down, among others. But Michele doesn’t just know PG and AA County neighborhoods, she also has contacts with others related to home buying/selling, such as mortgage agents, title reps, etc. She put me in touch with a mortgage agent who financed my dream house without a problem. (Ironically, right after my settlement, it was that same big bank that ended up buying my loan.) So the sale was done and Michele got her check, and you’d think that would be the end of that relationship. With most Realtors, that would be the case; not with Michele Hagan. On the day my friends were helping me move into my new home, Michele showed up with lunch for everyone. She also arranged to take care of some of the things that needed to be done to the house, using her personal friends to do the work. I bought my home about two months ago, and Michele still checks in to make sure the previous owners have met all the requirements of the sale and that I’m happy.
